About Asteroids
Overview
Atari Asteroids is a space-themed shooting game. Your mission is to control a spaceship in the asteroid! You must rotate and use thrust to move the spaceship! Shoot and destroy all asteroids and flying saucers, but beware of drifting asteroids reappearing from the side. As you get more points, the game becomes more difficult. Don't forget to use the special function, but don't use it too frequently, or your spaceship may crash. If you like this game, don't forget to share it with your friends! How to play
Press the Play button above to load the frame. Use on-screen buttons on touch devices, or mouse and keyboard when the layout expects precision. Common patterns for action games include click/tap to select, drag to aim or move, and arrow keys or WASD for locomotion. If the game shows a tutorial overlay, follow it once; afterwards, mute audio from the game menu if you are in a shared space. Fullscreen is available from the play bar when you want fewer distractions.
Should the embed stay blank, refresh the page, disable blockers for the game frame, or try another browser. A stable connection helps larger assets finish loading. Exit fullscreen or use the mobile Exit control to return to the description and related titles.
Tips
Warm up with an easy round to learn hitboxes and timing before chasing a personal best. On phones, rotate to landscape when the UI feels cramped. Lower background tab activity if the frame stutters. Bookmark this page if you plan to return — gamehopperz does not require an account to keep a link. Compare related games in the same room when you want a similar pace with a different rule set.
